Doug Sproul
President/CEO

Mr. Sproul has worked as President of KDA Construction, Inc. since September 1999. In his capacity as President, Mr. Sproul has actively managed $61 million in construction activity from
September 1999 to December 2004. Mr. Sproul is responsible for all aspects of construction management.

Prior to starting KDA Construction, Inc. in September of 1999, he worked for Sunwest Management, Inc. (SMI). During his five years with SMI he coordinated the construction of 42 facilities totaling $134 million of construction activity.

During this period of time he acted as liaison between the general contractor and the owners of each property. He was responsible for the overall project budget, building a schedule for each property, and maintaining SMI's standards of high quality. Mr. Sproul's knowledge of pre-development combined with his expertise of building budgets and schedules allows KDA to personalize each project to meet our clients' needs and expectations.

Mr. Sproul also works with state and local jurisdictions to meet permitting and licensing requirements for our clients.


Kelly Harder
Project Manager

Mr. Harder has worked for KDA Construction, Inc. since September 1999. Prior to September 1999, he supervised the construction of more than 35 senior housing projects. Over his career he has interacted with numerous contractors and owners.

Mr. Harder's knowledge of value, constructability, systems, schedules, and safety are just some of the duties he performs to meet KDA's standards for high quality construction.


Brent Schumacher
Project Manager

Mr. Schumacher has worked for KDA Construction, Inc. since the fall of 1999. He has extensive experience building healthcare facilities. Mr. Schumacher had directly supervised the construction of 13 facilities prior to joining KDA Construction, Inc. He has extensive experience working with bid proposals, scheduling, and subcontractors. His duties for KDA Construction, Inc. consist of overseeing field construction and insuring that KDA's standards for high quality are met while maintaining project schedules and budgets.


Dale Pader
Residential Manager

Mr. Pader has worked for KDA Construction, Inc. since November 2000. He oversees all aspects of residential construction. Development of subdivisions and construction of high quality custom homes are among his responsibilities. Mr. Pader has 11 years experience in residential construction, as well as six years experience in commercial construction.


Joey Joy
CFO/Controller

Mr. Joy has worked for KDA Construction, Inc. since July 2001. His main responsibilities include maintaining accounting systems, facilitating job costing and financial requirements. Mr. Joy has 10 years construction experience ranging from crew foreman to job superintendent.

More recently, Mr. Joy has served on the board of directors and managed the customer service, production planning, packaging, shipping, and transportation departments for a $140 million manufacturing company. Prior to these duties, he has held positions in accounting ranging from plant accountant to senior cost accountant.
